M Squared Quantity Surveying Services was founded on a simple vision: to give small and medium subcontractors cost advice, clarity on their numbers, and control back - whether you have no in-house commercial support at all, or need extra commercial resource to cope with workload. We integrate directly into your existing systems, working the way you already work.

Subcontractors are often wearing every hat themselves - pricing the job, running the site, ordering materials, managing labour, chasing payment - burning the candle at both ends and pricing jobs late at night. We step into the business alongside you and take that commercial pressure off your plate.

We are the only independent quantity surveying service that specialises in scaffolding in Ireland - a unique trade which we are very proud to support. Scaffold is usually adapted and changed throughout the life of a project. Standard measurement and valuation methods weren't built for this: hire periods run on, adaptions aren't always instructed formally, and by the time paperwork catches up the job has often moved on. Getting this wrong costs money on every project.

M Squared provides commercial management built specifically around how scaffolding actually works on site - accurate measurement and valuations, hire period tracking, adaption and dayworks accounts, and final account reconciliation - so nothing gets missed and nothing gets left unpaid. We also support self-build clients, bringing the same commercial discipline to people project managing their own build for the first time.
